They play an important role in local democracy by representing the views of local people and conveying these views to a range of organisations including the Council, the Scottish Executive, NHS Lothian and the police.
Nominations for membership of your community council are welcome from individuals and local interest groups between 11 and 25 April.
Why get involved?
