From a few hours per week to full-time adoption: you can help in many ways
The foster care recruitment team is currently recruiting foster carers to look after Edinburgh’s children.
You might be surprised how you can help. There are a variety of care options to fit in with your lifestyle and commitments, from a few hours per week to full-time adoption.
We need carers for a range of children and young people, including babies; siblings; boys and girls; and those with disabilities.
Whether you’ve got a few hours spare every week or want to make foster care a full time occupation with the potential to earn an annual fee of £18,772 per child, foster caring is sure to be rewarding for you and the children.
We urgently need carers for children with complex disabilities and children with social and/or emotional difficulties. We will also be at Fringe Sunday (12 August).
