Braid Burn Flood Prevention Scheme and more
Work on the Braid Burn Flood Prevention Scheme is going well with floodwalls, flood reservoirs and other defences being built in Inch Park, Peffermill playing fields and on Comiston Road so far.
Construction also moved into the residential areas of Mid-Liberton, Cameron Toll Gardens and Priestfield in January and February, with some preliminary work in Redford to follow.
Advance works on the Water of Leith scheme began in February at Harperrig, Haughhead and Canonmills, with more to come at Damside and Belford.
