Prestigious World Championships in 2010

Following the successful European Duathlon Championships in 2007, Edinburgh has won its bid to host the prestigious ITU Duathlon World Championships in 2010.

The event consists of a 10km run, 40km cycle and 5km run, completed as a continuous activity.

The race will take place around Holyrood Park, the Scottish Parliament and Dynamic Earth.
