WOW! Now that’s what I call service…
Excellent customer service is very important to the Council to encourage our customers to tell us when our staff do something truly outstanding.
To help our customers do this, the Services for Communities Department is taking part in The WOW! awards – a staff recognition scheme based entirely on customer nominations.
Services for Communities is the department which aims to provide clean, green, safe, well-managed and well-maintained communities. Services for Communities’ customers are the millions of people who live, work and visit Edinburgh.
Anyone who walks on Edinburgh’s pavements, uses its roads, visits its parks and libraries, or puts rubbish in its bins, is our customer.
Anyone looking for housing advice, or seeking support as a result of experiencing antisocial behaviour, is our customer.
In Services for Communities we want to “wow” our customers by providing services that are right first time and exceed expectations. If you’ve received great service from a member of our staff, help us to recognise them by nominating them for a WOW! award.
Services for Communities also welcomes all complaints, comments and suggestions.
