U-19 amnesty

In brief

 Libraries have also introduced an amnesty for under-19s. We have cancelled any outstanding charges for under-19s in order to encourage them to rejoin the library.

 Projects at Sighthill, Moredun and Craigmillar have successfully attracted young people back into the library, but debts are still a major deterrent. As a one-off gesture of goodwill, we are going to cancel their debt and welcome them back into the library with a clean record.
