Bike-sharing plan examined
In brief
Imagine an easy commute by bicycle: picking up a bike at a bike-sharing station and dropping it off at another station near your workplace, favourite shop or restaurant.
That scenario might be a possibility in the future.

Here’s how it could work:
- an initial pilot scheme with about 800 bicycles
- regular bicycle stations in the city centre and some surrounding locations
- convenient automated payments.
