38 affordable new homes built

The latest phase of a £70 million project to create affordable homes has delivered 38 new dwellings as part of the Moredun Park and Hyvot Regeneration Project at Ferniehill Church.

The project is due to be completed by late 2012 and will result in 400 new affordable homes for rent, the refurbishment of 208 former council homes and 169 privately owned homes as well as comprehensive environmental improvements.
