We spent an afternoon in the West Neighbourhood at the South Queensferry Office finding out what services you use, what you think of the customer service, what could be improved and what you think the big issues are in the community.

Christina McGill, Stewart Clark Avenue

Christina was in the office to pay her Council and Garage Tax. “It’s handy for us,” she said.

“I come along with the dog.” She can’t think of any improvements for the office, but feels parking could be improved in South Queensferry, as well as general facilities.“Queensferry is sinking under houses,” she said, “but there’s only one Tesco and one Scotmid. There are no facilities for kids.”

Rachel Jones, Walker Drive

Rachel, a mother of two, was in the office to pay her rent. She’s happy with the service and with the area. “It’s really easy to use the office,” she said.

All comments have been fed back to the neighbourhood manager.
