Now let’s find that last five per cent!
In your neighbourhood, 95 per cent of the streets are clean, as measured in the latest CIMS (Cleanliness Index Monitoring Survey) in December 2008.
The West Neighbourhood continues to look at community priorities and ways of maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.
This includes working closely with Environmental Warden teams and the Police to try to reduce the amount of litter dropped and by educating school children and the wider public.
The West team has also given support to several community cleanups, including the South Queensferry Big Clean Up.
But we still need your help to make it to 100 per cent.
Please bin all your rubbish – including cigarette ends!
If you spot something in your neighbourhood which needs to be fixed, please let us know.
