Get down to GrassMarkets
This summer a monthly Sunday market will be held in the Grassmarket.
‘GrassMarkets’ will take place on the first Sunday of the month from May to September, organised by Unique Events for the Council.
Market stalls will offer organic, home-grown and farmer produce, plants and flowers, interesting crafts and applied arts, cool collectibles and bric-a-brac. The GrassMarkets will also feature live music.
“The Grassmarket is a beautiful part of Edinburgh – it’s time to rediscover it,” said Pete Irvine of Unique Events.
The markets will operate from noon until 6pm on 5 July, 2 August and 6 September.
