Prizes to watch Edinburgh in action

Edinburgh Rugby Club has begun its 2009/2010 season and wants your support as it sets off on another winning campaign.

A record breaking 2008/09 season saw the team finish in second place – a club record – in the league table and now Edinburgh will be aiming to start the season with a positive result.

Edinburgh’s squad, which contains 15 Scotland internationalists, also includes scrum-half Mike Blair and hooker Ross Ford, who were both part of the British and Irish Lions squad which performed heroically in South Africa.

With a team full of Scotland stars such as Ally Hogg, Allan Jacobsen, Simon Webster and record breaker Chris Paterson, Edinburgh is an entertaining team, and last season the team finished as the leading points scorers in the Magners League.

Now Edinburgh is offering two pairs of tickets for the home game against Leinster on Saturday 26 September at Murrayfield. Kick off is at 6.30pm.
