The Council is encouraging people who submit planning applications to do so online – these can be of any scale from minor householder submissions to large-scale regeneration projects.

The level of submissions of all types of applications through the Council’s portal has risen to 25 per cent of all submissions. Almost 415 applications have been received so far this year.

Submitting your application online benefits both the Council and you – with savings in printing, packaging and postage costs.
