Private landlord registration

IF you need to get in touch with the landlord of a privately let property, there’s now an easy way to find out their contact details.

Simply go to www.landlord registrationscotland.gov.uk and enter the property address. You will see the landlord’s name and contact details, plus the agent’s details if one is involved.

If you get no result, then please phone or e-mail the Council and we can confirm if an application for registration is with us or not. If it isn’t, we will take action on this suspected non-registered let.
