Pedal-powered fruit drinks just one attraction at the North Edinburgh Community Festival

Smoothie-making machines powered by bicycle, a bouncy castle and an earth ball were some

of the attractions at the North Edinburgh Community Festival at the end of September.

The Forth Neighbourhood Partnership teamed up with local organisations including North Edinburgh trust, SACRO and EMERGE to hold the event at Granton’s Forthquarter Park, a new leisure facility for the Forth ward.

A treasure hunt and local walk with ‘Living Streets’ was also arranged to give people the chance to discover more about north Edinburgh’s waterfront.
