New directory makes it easier to get in touchWe will be delivering the new A-Z of Council Services to every household from 26 July.

Thank you again to everyone who completed last year’s questionnaire. Most told us again that you value the A-Z and find it informative and easy to use. The good news is that it still only costs 17p per copy!

This year, you’ll find more information about the local services that are important to you. Read about your neighbourhood teams who can help with anything from potholes and noise to parks and dog fouling.

You can also find important information about Council tax, recycling and social care services.

More people are contacting us online, so we have included some key websites and e-mail addresses.

And remember, our libraries still offer free internet access.

When you receive your A-Z, please tell us what you think of it by completing our short questionnaire.

By returning the form or completing it online, you could win one of our great prizes.

If your household hasn’t received an A-Z by the end of August, you can pick one up in local libraries or one of our Council offices or call 0131 200 2310.
