What do you think of the service you get from the Council? Good or bad, we want to hear about it.
The first thing you should do is speak to Council staff at the local level such as in a school or Council office or with the relevant department that provides the service. You can also contact our Customer Care team.
If you complain about our services, we will try to resolve your concerns at first contact. However, if we can’t, we will deal with it under our complaints process, which has two stages. We have a leaflet you can use to make complaints, comments and suggestions and this gives more detail on what you can expect from us.
