Wheatfield Backgreen has once again triumphed in the Beautiful Scotland awards, winning the flatted community category.
The judges praised Wheatfield as an “eye-opener”.
They said: “Once inside the gate, visitors are treated to a delightful range of mini-gardens, allotments, fruit bushes and a central hub area. This really is a model of how to redevelop a neglected site in a very positive and inclusive way.”
